Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

 

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

 

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Our application accesses Google Workspace user data solely with the explicit consent of the domain administrator or an authorized user. Specifically, we access the Google Workspace user directory to enable onboarding of users into our platform.

We access basic profile information from the Google Workspace user directory, including:

• Email address
• Account status
• Org Unit
• Last Login

 

How we use Google user data

The data is used exclusively to support key features of our platform, including:

• Authentication
• Display of employees in administrative dashboards
• Execution of employee awareness campaigns
• Management of user accounts within our services

We do not use this data for advertising or marketing purposes, nor for any purpose unrelated to our platform’s functionality.

We do not share, transfer, or disclose Google user data with any third parties. Access to this data is strictly limited to authorized personnel and is used only for the operational purposes described above.

All synchronized Google user data is encrypted at rest and in transit and stored securely in our cloud infrastructure located exclusively within the European Union. We implement robust technical and organizational security measures to safeguard this data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
